Tell us within 24 hours and send a few photos. If it was part of the scope we agreed, we return and redo it at no charge.
A day of notice costs you nothing.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your visit and you pay no fee.

How much does a cleaning visit cost?+
You will see a flat rate after a few questions about your home. Your rate covers a set maximum of cleaning hours for your layout and the service you pick. A deep clean or a move-in or move-out clean includes more time than a recurring visit. Time beyond that is $45 per hour and is never started without your approval.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?+
Yes. We bring the regular cleaning supplies and tools. Tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies or product preferences in your request.
What is included in a regular clean?+
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and accessible surfaces are covered within the confirmed scope. Add-ons such as oven interiors, empty fridges and interior windows are priced separately.
Can I pick the date and arrival time?+
Yes. Share a preferred date and arrival window. It is a request until we check the route and confirm availability.
What if I live in a condo or apartment?+
Include the building address, visitor parking details and any concierge or elevator instructions. These details help us plan the visit properly.
Do you clean homes with pets?+
Yes. Tell us about pet hair or any rooms that need extra attention so the estimate reflects the work.
What is a move out clean?+
A move out clean is for an empty home and includes the oven and empty fridge interiors. We call it a move-in or move-out clean. Tell us when the home, storage and appliances will be empty.
What if you miss something?+
Tell us within 24 hours and send a few photos. If the area was part of the confirmed scope, we come back and redo it at no charge.
