A city visit needs a clear arrival plan.

  • Choose an arrival window that works with your building access. Availability is confirmed by phone.
  • Add visitor parking information for apartments and condos. Parking charges may be separate.
  • Moving? Tell us when the home will be empty and whether access depends on a key handover.

Where we clean in Toronto.

Explore our Midtown and Downtown service areas. We confirm availability for your address before booking.

Yonge & Eglinton ↗

Rental and condo towers around the intersection. Include the desk instructions your building gives visitors.

Davisville ↗

Mid-century apartment blocks and semis south of Eglinton, a short walk from the Yonge line.

The Annex ↗

Victorian houses split into apartments. Stairs and older layouts take longer than the floor area suggests, so tell us which floors are yours.

Yorkville ↗

Smaller buildings with a staffed lobby. Let us know the name we should leave at the desk.

CityPlace ↗

Dense towers west of the rail corridor. Send the building name and unit number so we can plan the elevator and the route from the parking level.

King West ↗

Warehouse conversions and newer towers. Hard loft finishes leave more exposed surface than a standard unit, so flag it when you book.

Liberty Village ↗

Loft conversions and mid-rise buildings on a tight grid. Tell us where a car can actually stop.

St. Lawrence ↗

Older condos and co-ops near the market. Include any service entrance your building prefers.

Not on the list? Send the address anyway. Anything nearby gets looked at by a person rather than refused by a form.

Getting into your building.

Downtown and Midtown buildings each run access their own way, and the visit goes smoothly when we know yours in advance.

  • Tell us if the service elevator has to be booked, and who books it. Some buildings want the resident to do it and will not take the request from us.
  • Say how we sign in. A concierge desk, a fob, a lockbox and a neighbour with a key all work, but we need to know which one before the day.
  • Include visitor parking details, or where a car can stop if there is none. Parking charges are separate from the cleaning price and are discussed before confirmation.
  • Moving in or out? Buildings usually limit which hours the service elevator can be used for a move. Book that first, then pick your cleaning window around it.

Three ways to care for your home.

Is my date available?

Choose a preferred date and arrival window in your request. We check the schedule and the route before confirming. Submitting the form does not reserve the time.

What will it cost?

Your home size, bathrooms, frequency and extras set the flat rate. You see that rate before you share contact details. Parking and tax are separate, and some scopes need a personal review.
