This policy explains how Plum Cleaning collects and uses information submitted through our website and during a cleaning booking.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, address, home, service, appointment and consent information you provide. We may also collect page and campaign information, such as the page URL and advertising source, to understand how requests reach us.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and confirm estimates, schedule service, communicate about the booking, keep business records and improve the request process. If you separately choose email or text marketing, we may also send occasional cleaning tips, offers and updates through that channel.

Your marketing choice

Marketing consent is optional and is never preselected. Declining marketing does not affect your estimate or service request. You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe method in a message or by replying STOP to a marketing text.

Service providers

We use service providers to receive form submissions, store lead records and send internal notifications. They process information for these purposes under their own security and privacy safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and protection

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and any legal, tax or dispute requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask how it has been used. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for a current booking.

Website chat

The chat window on this site is run by ElevenLabs on our behalf. What you type there is sent to them and to the language model that answers, and we can read the transcript. Please do not put payment details in the chat. It cannot book a cleaning or change an existing one. The quote form and a phone call do that.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to a quote request. It sets cookies in your browser and records page addresses, approximate location and device type. We do not send it your name, address, phone number or email. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker without affecting the quote form.
