Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026

These terms apply when you request or book a residential cleaning service from Plum Cleaning in Ontario.

Estimates and booking

The website provides an estimate based on the details you submit. It is not a confirmed booking or final price. We confirm the service scope, access, final price and appointment before the booking becomes active. An estimate may change if the home or requested work differs from the submitted details.

Service scope

Your confirmation states the service and included work. Please tell us before arrival about conditions that affect the work, including inaccessible surfaces, heavy buildup, remaining moving items, extra appliances, extensive glass or safety concerns. We may request photos or a walkthrough before confirming some jobs.

Access, parking and safety

You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the home and accurate parking information. Parking charges may be added to the final amount. We may stop or decline work when a condition is unsafe or outside the confirmed scope.

Payment

No payment is taken when you submit the estimate form. Payment instructions and any applicable taxes are provided when the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and access

You may cancel or reschedule without a fee at least 24 hours before the confirmed arrival window. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations, lockouts or unavailable access may incur the greater of $75 or 50% of the confirmed service price.

Clean-right standard

If we missed an item included in the confirmed scope, notify us within 24 hours and provide representative photos. We will arrange a free reclean of the affected area. This remedy does not apply to work outside the confirmed scope or conditions we could not safely access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version in effect when your booking is confirmed applies to that booking.
