Move-in and move-out cleaning in Toronto.
A clean start for an empty home. Tell us where you are in the move so we can plan the work around access and the handover.
What we clean.
- The kitchen inside and out, including the oven interior and the empty fridge
- Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside once they have been emptied
- Bathrooms, including buildup on tiles, shower glass and faucets
- Floors throughout, including closet floors and the entry
- Baseboards, door frames, switches and handles
- Reachable vents, mirrors and interior glass
- The empty-home scope agreed before your appointment
Before your visit.
- Plan for the home, storage and fridge to be empty when cleaning begins.
- Tell us if movers, furniture or stored items will still be present. This can change the scope.
- Extra appliances, extensive glass and larger homes may need a personal review.
What is not included.
Everything below is either an add-on with a price on it, or work we do not take at launch. Ask us before the visit rather than on the day.
- Interior windows, which start at $39 for five and $7 for each one after that.
- Exterior windows and balconies.
- Storage lockers, garages and anything outside the unit, unless we price it first.
- Garbage removal. Furniture, renovation debris and a unit still full of belongings need a different service.

One flat rate for your layout, covering a set maximum of cleaning hours. The same card applies in North York, Richmond Hill and Markham. Time past the included hours is $45 an hour and we ask you before we start it.

Know the price before you commit.
Your estimate is based on the answers you give. We confirm a fixed price for the agreed scope before booking. Parking and applicable tax are separate. Our team confirms the scope, access, final price and available time. No payment is collected when you submit the form.
Can you clean while the movers are there?
Tell us your moving window in the estimate form. Our team will review whether the requested timing and access allow the agreed cleaning scope.
Does the home have to be empty?
That is what the rate assumes: empty rooms, empty storage and an empty fridge. If furniture or boxes will still be there, say so when you book, because it changes the scope and the time.
Will it pass the landlord inspection?
We clean to the scope we agree, and for an empty unit that covers the kitchen, the oven, the fridge, the bathrooms and the floors. What an inspector decides is theirs. If the lease asks for something specific, send us the wording before the visit.
Do you do move-in cleans as well?
Yes. Same scope, different timing. A move-in clean goes best in the gap after the previous tenant leaves and before your things arrive, which is usually a narrow window worth booking early.
What does it cost compared with a regular visit?
Sixty dollars more than the recurring rate for the same layout. That covers an extra hour and a half of time along with the oven and empty fridge interiors.
