Deep cleaning in Toronto.
For the buildup and overlooked areas that everyday upkeep does not address. A detailed one-time clean, with scope confirmed before we arrive.
What we clean.
- Kitchen degreasing on the stovetop, backsplash and appliance exteriors
- Bathroom buildup on tiles, grout lines, shower glass and faucets
- Baseboards, door frames, switches and handles
- Ledges, sills, radiators and the tops of reachable furniture
- Floors throughout the finished areas in your request, including the edges
- Mirrors, interior glass and reachable vent covers
- Inside empty cabinets and drawers, if you ask when you book
Before your visit.
- Oven and empty fridge interiors are optional extras at $15 each.
- Your rate covers a set maximum of cleaning hours. Longer jobs are $45 per hour, agreed with you first.
- Let us know about grease, pet hair and bathroom buildup so we can confirm the work.
What is not included.
Everything below is either an add-on with a price on it, or work we do not take at launch. Ask us before the visit rather than on the day.
- Oven and fridge interiors, unless you add them at $15 each.
- Interior windows, which start at $39 for five and $7 for each one after that.
- Carpet steam cleaning, mould and post-construction cleaning. None of these are offered at launch.
- Anything that needs a ladder. We work to what a person can reach standing.

One flat rate for your layout, covering a set maximum of cleaning hours. The same card applies in North York, Richmond Hill and Markham. Time past the included hours is $45 an hour and we ask you before we start it.

Know the price before you commit.
Your estimate is based on the answers you give. We confirm a fixed price for the agreed scope before booking. Parking and applicable tax are separate. Our team confirms the scope, access, final price and available time. No payment is collected when you submit the form.
What does a deep clean cover?
It covers the detailed work that regular upkeep does not reach, including kitchen grease, bathroom buildup, baseboards, door frames, reachable ledges and floor edges. We confirm the exact scope before booking.
Are appliances and windows included in deep cleaning?
No. Appliance interiors and interior windows are optional. We confirm the included areas and any additional work before booking.
How long does it take?
An hour longer than a recurring visit for the same layout. A one bedroom runs to four hours and a three bedroom with two bathrooms to six and a half. Select Deep Cleaning in the rate card to see the included hours.
What if the home needs more time than the rate covers?
We stop and tell you. Extra time is $45 an hour, it never starts without your yes, and it appears on the receipt as its own line.
Does a deep clean help with pet hair?
Yes, and it is worth flagging when you book. Pet hair removal is a $15 add-on because it changes how long the floors and soft surfaces take.
