Most of the homes we clean sit in a tower along the Yonge line or downtown. A condo clean is not a smaller house clean. The work inside takes less time and the work of getting in takes more, so we plan the access first and the cleaning second.
What makes a condo different.
- The elevator is the bottleneck. A booked service elevator turns a vague afternoon into a fixed window, which is why we ask for it before anything else.
- Dust behaves differently high up. Balcony doors and window walls pull in more of it than a house does, so those surfaces come first rather than last.
- Space is tight and finishes are hard. Concrete ceilings, exposed ducting and floor to ceiling glass all show marks that a painted wall hides.
- Storage lockers and bike rooms are outside the unit and outside the quote. Tell us if you want a locker included and we will price it as extra work.
What it costs.
A flat rate for your layout, covering a set maximum of cleaning hours. Time past that is $45 an hour and we ask you before we start it. Most condo units fall in the first four rows.

From $170 CADDo you need the service elevator booked?
Usually yes, and most buildings will only take that booking from a resident. Book it yourself once you have a confirmed time, then tell us the window you were given. If your building does not require one, say so and we will come straight up.
How do you get in if I am at work?
Tell us how you want it done. We can collect a key from the concierge, use a lockbox code, or work with a fob you leave at the desk. We need the arrangement in writing before the day, not a plan made at the door.
Is a condo cheaper than a house?
The rate follows your layout, not the building type. A one bedroom is $130 whether it sits in a tower or a semi. Smaller condo layouts land at the lower end of the card because they have fewer rooms, not because of a condo discount.
Do I pay for visitor parking?
Parking is never added to your quote. If your building charges for a visitor spot, that cost is yours, so tell us in advance if there is a free option nearby that we should use instead.
