Recurring house cleaning in Toronto.
For a home that is already cleaned regularly, scheduled visits keep everyday mess from becoming a weekend project.
What we clean.
- Kitchen counters, sink, cooking surfaces and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks and mirrors
- Floors vacuumed and washed in the finished rooms you asked for
- Dusting on reachable surfaces, ledges, sills and shelf fronts
- Beds made, or the sheets changed if you leave clean ones out
- Interior glass, mirrors and the marks that collect around handles and switches
- Bins emptied, with fresh liners put in
Before your visit.
- Choose the frequency that fits your household. The estimate adjusts to your schedule.
- If buildup needs extra attention before regular visits, a deep clean may be the better first step.
- Tell us about blocked surfaces and when the home last had a full clean.
What is not included.
Everything below is either an add-on with a price on it, or work we do not take at launch. Ask us before the visit rather than on the day.
- Oven and fridge interiors. Each is a $15 add-on, and both come with a move-in or move-out clean.
- Interior windows, which start at $39 for five and $7 for each one after that.
- Exterior windows, carpet steam cleaning and post-construction work. None of these are offered at launch.
- Clearing clutter. Blocked surfaces get cleaned around rather than unpacked, so tell us what to expect.
Recurring Cleaning prices in Toronto.
One flat rate for your layout, covering a set maximum of cleaning hours. The same card applies in North York, Richmond Hill and Markham. Time past the included hours is $45 an hour and we ask you before we start it.

Know the price before you commit.
Your estimate is based on the answers you give. We confirm a fixed price for the agreed scope before booking. Parking and applicable tax are separate. Our team confirms the scope, access, final price and available time. No payment is collected when you submit the form.
Can I start with a one-time visit?
Yes. Deep Cleaning is the one-time option. We can discuss recurring visits after the initial clean.
How often should the visits be?
Most homes sit well on every two weeks. Weekly suits a full house with pets or small children, and every four weeks works when the upkeep between visits is good. The estimate adjusts to whichever you choose.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get in. Leave a key with the concierge, a code for a lockbox, or a fob at the desk. We need the arrangement in writing before the day, not a plan made at the door.
Should the first visit be a deep clean?
If the home is already cleaned regularly, start the recurring visits straight away. If there is buildup in the kitchen or the bathrooms, start with a deep clean before arranging recurring visits. It costs $40 more than the same layout on a recurring rate.
Do the recurring savings apply to add-ons?
Yes. The discount comes off the whole visit total, add-ons included. Weekly takes 15% off, every two weeks 8%, and every four weeks 3%.
What happens if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and send a few photos. If the area was part of the scope we agreed, we come back and redo it at no charge.
