Balcony door tracks and window channels. These towers are tall and exposed, and an hour with the door open on a windy day undoes a lot.
In a move-out, the oven and the inside of the cabinets. Those two areas often matter during a handover inspection.
- Elevator timing matters more than parking at this intersection. If your building asks for a service elevator booking, make it first and tell us the window you were given.
