Cleaning details to consider.
Stairs. A three storey townhouse has two full flights, and stairs are slower per square metre than any flat floor, particularly the back corner of each tread in a carpeted run.
Ground floor entries off a garage, which collect road grit through the winter in a way a front door does not.
- For a townhouse complex, confirm whether visitors must use marked parking bays and include the instructions with your request.
- Count all three storeys of a townhouse in your request. Include every finished storey rather than describing only the main floor.
- For a low-rise condo, tell us whether anyone is at a desk. Several buildings here have no staff during the day and entry has to be arranged.
