We confirm your quote before booking. If the work needs extra time, we ask for your approval first. Report a missed item within 24 hours with photos; if it was in the agreed scope, we return to redo it at no charge.

Cleaning details to consider.
The glass line. A small CityPlace unit can have more window than wall, and the frames, the track at the base and the sills carry most of the dust in the apartment.
Bathrooms without windows, which are common in condo layouts. Poor ventilation means more moisture sitting on surfaces and faster buildup on glass and grout.
- Send the building name and the unit number. Several towers here share a street address and the wrong lobby costs half an hour.
- Tell us the route from the parking level, because the route is not always obvious and the visitor levels are often several floors down.
- Book the service elevator if your building requires one. If yours does, reserve it before choosing the cleaning window.

The studio rate is the floor, at $110 for a recurring visit. Below a certain size the time stops shrinking, because a bathroom takes what it takes regardless of how compact the apartment is.
How long does a CityPlace one bedroom take?
The recurring rate for a one bedroom covers up to 3 hours, and a compact unit may fit within that allowance when the scope is standard. A Deep Cleaning on the same layout adds an hour.
