Cleaning details to consider.
Exposed structure. Concrete, ducting and beams hold dust in plain sight, and there is far more visible surface in a hard loft than in a finished unit of the same size.
Polished concrete floors, which show everything and need finishing properly rather than quickly.
Tall windows in the conversions, often original and often deeper than a modern sill, collecting accordingly.
- Say whether you are in a conversion or a newer building. It changes how the visit is planned.

To what a person can reach standing. Anything requiring a ladder sits outside a residential visit, so if the ceiling is four metres up, that part is not something we take on.
