A considerable amount of co-op and older condo housing, much of it low and mid-rise, with layouts that are larger and more conventional than newer downtown units.
Newer infill condos closer to Front and the market, which behave like any modern building.
Kitchens and bathrooms in the older stock are frequently original or once-renovated, where older finishes may need more detailed attention than recently installed ones.

Cleaning details to consider.
Older kitchens, where cabinet interiors, the backsplash and the gap beside the stove have had a long time to accumulate. A Deep Cleaning changes these units noticeably.
Bathroom grout and silicone in the original fit-outs, which can be an important part of a deep clean.
- Ask whether your building prefers a service entrance. If yours does, using the correct entrance helps the visit start on time.
- Older elevators are slower and sometimes need booking even when nobody calls it a service elevator. Worth checking.
- Parking near the market is difficult and expensive on weekends in particular. Tell us if there is an underground visitor option.

See my price ↗My building is a co-op. Does that change anything?
Only the admin. Some co-ops here have rules about contractors and access that a condo would not, so check with your board or superintendent and pass on whatever they need from us.
My kitchen is original from the eighties. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and it is common in this neighbourhood. It may mean Deep Cleaning is the right first visit, because the buildup in an original kitchen does not come off inside a recurring visit.
